Refunds and reprints

Made for you

Every mat and pad is printed after you order it. That is why we can't take returns because you changed your mind, picked a different size or design, or because colours look slightly different from your screen.

If something is wrong

Tell us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives:

• damaged in transit,
• misprinted (blurred, misplaced, peeling, or clearly different colours from our product photos),
• stained or faulty,
• or not what you ordered.

Email hello@inkdune.com with:

• your order number,
• photos of the item,
• a photo of the shipping label,
• and a photo of the outer box.

We reply within 1 working day. Report damage in transit as early as you can: the carrier's delivery time starts our own claim clock, so a message in the first 48 hours is the easiest to fix.

How we fix it

Once we confirm the problem, we reprint and send a new one at no cost. If a reprint isn't possible, we refund the item to your original payment method. Refunds show up in 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

You don't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.

Your legal rights

The 3 days is how long we ask you to take to report problems you can see when the parcel arrives. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law, including your rights for faults that only show up later.

Late or lost parcels

Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks: about 6 days to print and 8 to 15 working days to arrive. If tracking hasn't moved for 30 days, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we send a replacement or refund it.

What we can't cover

• Changes of mind, and colours that differ slightly from your screen.
• Wrong or incomplete delivery addresses. We can resend once you pay the new delivery cost.
• Parcels refused at delivery, including refusing to pay import charges.
• Wear from use, or damage from washing or heat.

For problems you could see on delivery but report after 3 days, we will still look at your case. Your legal rights above stay as they are.

Import charges

Some countries charge import duty or tax on parcels. These are paid by the person receiving the parcel and we can't refund them.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering for a full refund, before printing starts. After that, your mat is already being made.
