Who is responsible
The operator named on the Terms page collects and uses your data. Questions go to hello@inkdune.com.
What we collect
- Your order details: name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us when you ask for help or make a claim, including photos.
- Site use: basic, anonymous page statistics, and a cookie that remembers your bag and language.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer you when you contact us, handle claims, keep our accounts as the law requires, and keep the site working. If you join our list, we email you about new designs. Every email has a one-click way to leave.
Data leaves the UAE
To print and ship your order, your name, address, phone number and order details are sent to Yoycol in China and to the carriers that deliver to you. Our email and hosting providers may store data in other countries. We send only what each one needs, and we ask them to protect it.
If you don't want your data to go outside the UAE, please don't order. We can't print and ship without sending it.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as the law requires for accounting, usually up to 5 years.
- Messages and claim photos: while we deal with your request, then for as long as a later claim could reasonably come.
- Email list details: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@inkdune.com. We answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as order records.
